He was predeceased by: his former wife Ida Hendricks; his parents, Kenneth Hendricks and Elizabeth Hendricks; his son Doug (Judy); his brother Kenneth; his son-in-law John; and his pets, Max and Mandy.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Dana and Devan; his wife Kathy; his children, Cheryll Sumpter, Lloyd Johnson (Bunny Clark), Kris Murray (Janet), Don Haffner (Darlene) and Ken Haffner (Dana); his grandchildren, Diane, Debby (Kenny), Christy, Rachell, Laura (Justin), Aaron (Jennifer), Amber (Jason), Andrea (Jerrod), Michael (Laurel), Steven (Katie), Lauren (Charles), David, James, Sierra and Wyatt; his great grandchildren, Jordan, Kendra, Shelby, Blake, Henry, Seth, Alexis, Austin, Maisie, Kynlee, Mica, Calder and Ida; his niece Lori Duran; and his pet Emy. He is also survived by five children, along with 11 grand children, and 13 great grandchildren.
