As Linda Josephine Peterson departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Linda Josephine Peterson. Though Linda Josephine Peterson may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Peterson and Josephine Peterson (Horton); her stepfather Frederick Wunsch; and her brother David Peterson. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Tyre; her daughter Rebecca (Alexander); her granddaughters, Anastasia and Sophia Stojanoff; her children, Bryan, Steven and Pamela (Aaron); and her granddaughter Scarlett Bowen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and in-laws.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bunker's Mortuary (925 Las Vegas Blvd N, Las Vegas, NV 89101). A burial will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery (1900 Veterans Memorial Dr, Boulder City, NV 89005).
