She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Glenn Fackrell and Marjorie Fackrell (Atkin); her husband Henry E. Ford; her son David B. Lewis; and her grandson Kendall Staheli.

She is survived by : her children, Tawny Crum (Bart), Shelly Staheli (Dave), Charles Lewis (Farida) and Gary Ford (Jennifer); and her siblings, Deanna Blackburn (Hicks) of Murry, UT, Brent Fackrell (Chris) of Santa Clara, UT and Terry Fackrell of Ely, NV. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, seven nephews and nieces.
