He was predeceased by : his children, John Tracy and Sheri Rasche. He is survived by : his wife Jerry; his children, Llana Tracy of St Petersburg, FL and Teri Carolan of Fernley, NV.; and his grandchildren, Tina Wilson, Deserae Ashley-Rasche, Jessica Carolan, Sarah Otero and Richard John Tracy.

A Home-Going Service will be held on Saturday, August 11th at 4:30 p.m. at Grace Baptist Church at 460 West Main Street, Suite 108, Fernley, NV 89408 In Leiu of flowers the family is asking that a donation be made in Bud's Honor to the Grace Baptist Church Missions Fund.
