He was predeceased by : his parents, James Dixon Harrell and Betty Jo Harrell; his son Kevin; and his brother Rick Harrell. He is survived by : his wife Susie Harrell; his daughter Stacy Harrell of Gardnerville; his grandson Brock Harrell of Visalia; his sister Sheila King (John) of Reedley; his aunt Pat Eliseo of Santa Maria; his niece Lisa Bissett (Brian) of Fresno; and his nephews, Rick Harrell of Clovis, Shane King (Susie) of Reedley and Scott Harrell (Veronica) of Fresno.
