He is survived by: his wife Martha; his brother Sidney Pachter (Sylvia) of Tamarac, Florida.; his children, Richard (Terry) of Sacramento, Laura Rezk of Asheville and Josh (Laurie) of Midlothian, Virginia.; and his grandchildren, Aly, Jacob Pachter, Alia Rezk, Becca Jones and Sam Rezk.
