He is survived by : his siblings, Par Anders (Britta), Hakan (Anita) and Gunilla (Don); his sister-in-law Lotta (Karl) of Sweden; his sons, Michael and John Andrew; his grandchildren, Christian and Jacob; and his significant other Cheryl McPike.
