She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Headlee (Reeves) and Leo Headlee; her brother Gayle Headlee; and her great grandchild Tatum Keuning. She is survived by: her husband James Welcher; her children, Paul Welcher (Rene'Gonzales) and Patty (Max Keuning); her grandchildren, Tammy, Kevin Steenhoek, Tarrell, Holly Keuning, Troy and Brooke Keuning; and her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Paige, Addison, Devon, Talia, Jessa, Campbell, Holden, Ford, Sutton and Briar. She is also survived by many family members and friends.
Memorials may be directed to family and will be used towards a future project in Prairie City.
