He was predeceased by: his brother Fredrick Donald Allen Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Bridgette, Carlton Jr., Paul, Brionna, Kiyayah, Fred, Noelle and Isaac; his wife LaShonne Deniece Allen; and his siblings, Lemuel Allen and Paulette Allen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to [chosen charity or church], in honor of Carlton's commitment to his faith and community.
