He is survived by: his wife Linda Van Tuyl; and his children, Michael Van Tuyl, Teresa Van Tuyl and Toni Van Tuyl.

Service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 28, both at Davis Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that you make donations to The Rogers Foundation, 701 S. 9th St., Las Vegas, NV 89101, in his name to keep the tennis scholarships funded.
