It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Verdugo (Las Vegas, Nevada), born in Upland, California, who passed away on September 13, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stella Esquivel and Claudio Esquivel; and her grandparent Eleticia. She is survived by: her husband Gilbert "Porky" Verdugo; her daughters, Lisa Verdugo (Edgar Leon) and Joanne Valenzuela; her children-in-law, Frankie Valenzuela and Elizabeth Verdugo; her sons, James "Bo" Verdugo and Gilbert "Duke" Verdugo; her grandchildren, Angela Burciaga (Tanner Yazzie), Antonio Verdugo (Nicole), Frankie Valenzuela (Melissa), Skyler Verdugo and LeleAnna Valenzuela; her great grandchildren, Jamie, Tony, Gracie, Catalaya, Abby and Danilo; and her brothers, Anthony and Charlie Esquivel. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, and cousins.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bunker's Eden Vale Mortuary (925 Las Vegas Blvd N, Las Vegas, NV 89101). A Mass was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at 5485 E Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89142. A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Bunker's Memory Gardens Cemetery (7251 W Lone Mountain Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89129).
