He is survived by: his wife Janet; and his children, Cathy Kozlowski Heyne (Henri) of Darien, CT, Karen Kozlowski Smith (Jerry) of Auburn, AL and Gregg Kozlowski (Tracy) of San Clemente, CA. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
