With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Forsythe Hazen (Las Vegas, Nevada), who passed away on July 18, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Lynn S. Hazen of Salisbury. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Hazen and Charles Hazen; and his grandchildren, Katey and Vincent.
