He is survived by: his wife Kimberly of Overton, NV; his daughters, Elke Wade (Justin), Adelaide of Seal Beach, CA and Marie of Overton, NV; and his sisters, Barbara Kapinus (Bert) of Hyattsville, MD, Sue Albert (Dave) of Saugus, CA and Heidi Kopp (Bob) of Leawood, KS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
