We are sad to announce that on May 2, 2018, at the age of 68, Phillip Dase (Las Vegas, Nevada) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Dase and Claire Dase Landers; and his former wife Martha "Marti" Dase. He is survived by: his children, Jacque (Jason) and Phillip Jr. (DevAnn); and his stepdaughters, Missy (Jan) and Michelle. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
