He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Gilman and Polly Gilman; and his brother Russell. He is survived by : his wife Penny; his children, Richard Gillman III (Kathy) and Leah Dell (Phillip); and his brothers, Reather (Rebecca) and Randy.
