He is survived by: his children, Jim Hoffman (Kerrie), Peg Grisa (Tom), Tracy Dybro (Tom) and Amy Mayer (David); his stepchildren, Erik Gulliksen (Jeanne) and Kirk Gulliksen; his brother Richard Hoffman (Kay); his grandchildren, Stephanie Hoffman, Jacob Grisa (Lauren), Elisabeth Grisa, Danny Grisa, Amy Grisa, Holly Dybro, Rachel Dybro, Ryan Dybro, Jason Mayer, Jonathan Mayer, Emily Mayer, Ben Gulliksen, Connor Gulliksen, Michael Roka, Gabriella Roka, Luke Roka and Claire Roka; his great grandchild Everett Grisa; Alfie and Chanel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
