She was predeceased by: her father Sam Douglas Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Annie Henry of Lake Providence; her daughter Elvira Douglas-Taylor of Las Vegas; and her grandmother Annie Hopkins of Lake Providence. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
