He was predeceased by: his father James Bazylewicz (Jim). He is survived by: his mother Jean Bazylewicz; his wife Pat; his children, Lauren, Sara and Matthew; and his sisters, Carol and Jean.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Walton's Ross (2155 Kietzke Ln, Reno, NV 89502). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:30 AM.
