He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Peters and Dorothy Peters (Armstrong); and his siblings, Genny Frazier, Ernest "Bob" Peters, Frederick Peters, Merle Peters, Terry Peters and Diane Peters.
He is survived by: his brother Clifford John Peters of Philadelphia, NY; his sister-in-law JoAnn Peters of Pillar Point; and also, Audra, Richard Ferguson of Watertown, NY, Robin, Greg McDonald of Fayetteville, NC, Angelo, Starr Peters of Dexter, NY and Ann. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
