It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Guy A. McIntosh (Adams, New York), born in Watertown, New York, who passed away on September 5, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Norene Bartlett McIntosh. He is survived by: his father Gerry McIntosh (Teresa Brooks McIntosh); his children, Colleen Mitchell (Daniel Mitchell) and Philip McIntosh; and his sisters, Peggy Halsey (Tom Halsey) and Janet Klock (Lee Klock). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be given to Life Church of the Nazarene, 535 Thompson Blvd. Watertown, NY 13601.
