She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter C. Rendell and Mary Rendell (Parker); her sons, John E. Devoy and William C. Devoy; her brother Robert C.; her sister-in-law Myrtle Rendell; her sister Marguerite; her brother-in-law Howard Switzer; and her stepdaughter Jean Ransome.
She is survived by : her former life partner Lansing E. Devoy (Skip); her husband James Welsh; her granddaughter Kristen of Tecumseh, OK; her stepson James R. Welsh; her nephew Gerald Rendell of Adams; and her close friend Ford Gotham.
