She was predeceased by : her parents, Frederick Trevett (Eva Trevett) and Eva Cummings; her brother Edwin; her sister-in-law Leah Trevett; her sisters, June Fowler and Laurna Laisdell; her nephew Allen Fowler; her great-niece Katie Trevett; and her great-nephew Tyler Trevett.

She is survived by : her husband Howard Nichols of Adams; her daughters, Lacy, Sophia and Aryssa; and her brother-in-law Perry Fowler. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
