She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, William D. Snell and Doris M. Snell (Smith); her husband Edwin E. Stinson; her godchildren, Sarah Morris, Laura Morris Smith of Nichols, NY, Ella, Julianne Goodenbery, Courtney and Meghan Smith of Nichols, NY; and her siblings-in-law, John Stinson (Karen), Eugene (Diane), Aida Wood, Emma O'Reilly, Rutland, Linda Woodworth, Judy LaClair and Robert Stinson.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SJ Music Department in her memory mailed to South Jefferson High School, c/o Connie Bast, PO Box 10, Adams, NY 13606.

“Linda was like a sister to me. We shared many special times together. For over 50 years every Christmas, Birthday, Easter, Anniversary, and special occasion was celebrated together. I was in her wedding and she was in mine. My parents treated her as their own child. Most of our friends were shared and knew that we loved each other. She will be missed and remembered.”
