It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maryanne O. Monica of Adams, New York, born in Ellisburg, New York, who passed away on August 19, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orissa Berry Wilson Sprague and Warren Wilson; her husband Elmer Monica; her siblings, Kenneth, Rosie, Donald and Wanda; and her stepfather Ronald Sprague.
She is survived by: her children, Alvin Roe (Hyang), Marion Duff (Richard) of Lexington, KY and Penny Luiz (James); her grandchildren, Justin, Jordan, Corey, Alvin, Janelle, Dillion, Sarah, JaQuann and JaTasia; her great grandchildren, Illeonna, Emma, Roukous, Ralo, Isaac, Beau and Lucas; her siblings, Nellie Williams, Delta Kampnich (Roland), Donna Hobbs (Jonas), Brenda Lee (Jim) and Raymond Sprague; her brother-in-law David Baltz; and her former husband Alvin F Roe Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
