He was predeceased by: his son Patrick J. Haynes; his parents, Stanley Haynes and Mabel Haynes (Loomis); and his sister Mary Jane Gridley (Haynes). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Haynes (Naab); his children, George Haynes, Jr. (Lisa), Paul Haynes (Pamela), Janice Rideout (James) and Michael Haynes; and his siblings, Wilbur Haynes (Dorothy), Bertha Orlando (Rudolph), Stephen Haynes, Roger Haynes (Charlotte) and Myron Haynes (Patricia). He is also survived by seven grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Building Fund of the First Baptist Church of Afton, 30 Caswell Street, Afton, NY 13730.
