He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl and Mary Flora Lashway, Sr. (Dominic); his wife Ruth; his sons, John Steven Lashway, Darrell Lashway and Michael Lashway; his stepchildren, John Simonds, Shawn Simonds, Richard Lashway, Jr., Cindy Lashway Kearney and Carol Lashway Barker; and his siblings, Beverly Doughty, Herb Lashway, Sheila Lashway, Earl Lashway, Jr. (Bud), Elaine Nenarella, Marcia DeFrancisco, Pamela Chesebro, Anita Benedict and Albert Lashway.
