We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2021, at the age of 88, Thomas David of Akwesasne, New York, born in Cornwall, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew David and Annie David (Jacobs); his children, Priscilla, Paul and Philip David; and his siblings, Alex, Henry David and Lillian Square.
He is survived by : his former life partner Cecilia Thompson; his wife Cecelia; his children, Anthony, Kelly David, Peter David, Cindy David, Leonard David, Barbara and Corey Tarbell; and his sister Camilla Carney of Syracuse. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held privately. Visitation will be occupancy controlled with those attended required to observe social distancing and wear face coverings.
Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Hogansburg Akwesasne Volunteer Fire Department.
