He is survived by: his children, Phillip Urban (Arden Izzo) of Buffalo, Douglas Urban (Sarah Evans) of Buffalo, Bonnie Thompson (Shawn) of West Seneca, Sara Benson (Joshua) of Georgia and Thomas Urban (Shannon Murray) of Shelby; his stepdaughter Jillian Charcholla (Rory) of Rochester; and his siblings, Douglas Urban of North Carolina, Scott Urban (Sandy Wohlers) of South Carolina, Sherry Polack (Don) of Oregon, Vicki Streiff (late Richard) of Brockport, Wendy Berg (late Tom) of Iowa and Janice Cadieux (Mike) of Minnesota.
