He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred L. Webb and Edythe K. Lewis Webb; his son Steven R. Webb; his brother-in-law James H. Wagner; and his stepfather William Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Webb (Wagner); his daughters, Carolyn Dion (Rodney) and Diane Webb; his grandchildren, Tyler, Reagan Dion, Miranda and Delaney Sears-Webb; his sister-in-law Christine Wagner; his sibling's children, Brenda Redcross (Michael) and David Wagner (Terri); his stepbrother Will Evans (Yuki); and also, Stephen and Eric. He is also survived by three great-nephews and one great-niece.
