He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Riley and Almira Riley (Sherlock). He is survived by: his wife Gail Riley; his children, Eulonzo Jordan, Eric Riley, Suzanne Riley and Jamie Sanders; and his sisters, Mary Ellen Tuczynski and Barbara Riley.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Charles's name to a charity of the donor's choice.
