She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Francesco Cardamone and Catherine Cardamone (Fitzgerald); her husband James F. Hughes; her children, Michelle Rataul (Ralph) of New Zealand and Thomas J. Cardamone of Rensselaer; her grandson Nicolas Cardamone; her brother Thomas F. Cardamone (Patricia) of Wynantskill; her nephews, Nicholas and Michael Cardamone; her cousin Colleen (Kelley Leonard); and her sister Mary Eisinger.
