He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John J. Nowak Sr. and Anna Nowak (Sentipal); his brother Edward Nowak; his daughter Kathyrn Nowak; and his sisters, Mary Heindorf, Dorothy (Richard Pierce), Helen (Keith Peacock) and Anne (Jerry Meek). He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
