He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Anna; and his wife Diane. He is survived by: his children, Celeste Liverio-Tyler (Robert) of Rotterdam and Richard Melnyk (Linda) of Rotterdam Junction; his grandchildren, Bradey Liverio, Savanna Liverio, Annalise Tyler, Joseph Melnyk (Abby) and Nicole Farrell (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Logan Koch and Declan Farrell; and his siblings, James Melnyk (Gale) and Bette Lasko (Eddie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
