She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold J. Perkins and Thomasine Perkins (Spagnolo); and her brother Joseph Perkins. She is survived by: her husband Richard James Carroll; her siblings, Mary Davis (Joseph) and Michael Perkins (Dixie); her stepchildren, Michael Carroll (Joanne), Dianne Gagnon and Darlene Carroll; her grandchildren, Danedra Gagnon, Tammy Conklin, Jennetta Lorman (Joseph), William Stubblebine (Layla), Jordan Carroll and Dairean Carroll; her great grandchildren, Austin Conklin, Chase Lorman, Lillian Lorman and Mia Stubblebine; her nephews, Nicholas Davis (Amber), Greg Davis (Meghan) and Anthony Perkins (Cecy); and her sister Donna Brown.

Please only enter the church from the Hunter Ave. Parking Lot doorway; masks and social distancing are required; 150 visitors at a time will be allowed in the church.
