He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Bosford (Dean) and Raymond Sr.; his siblings, Debbie Jeremias (Bosford), Gary Bosford and Tom Bosford; and also Bosford Sr..

He is survived by: his wife Marianne Bosford (Vincent); his brother-in-law Rich; and his son Jason. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
