We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Vernon J. Canape Jr. in Albany, New York, born in Amsterdam, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vernon Canape and Madeline Canape; his children, Michael Canape (Deborah) of Queensbury and Kathleen Canape of Long Beach, NY; the mother of his children Betty Canape of Slingerlands; his siblings, Theodore Canape (Helen) of Port Charlotte, FL, Frances Blankenship of Keystones Heights, FL, Mary Hoyt (John) of Amsterdam and Jacqueline Foust (Steven) of Hagaman; his grandchildren, Michael, Catherine, Christina Canape and Sarah Duncan (Bradley); and his great grandchild Benjamin Duncan. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In accordance with current health guidelines, facial coverings and social distancing are required.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph's Church, in care of the funeral home.
