She was predeceased by : her parents, William P. Murphy and Mary Murphy (Maroney); and her siblings, Mary Adamitis, James Murphy and William.

She is survived by : her sister Veronica Rosen of Lagrange, NY; and her sisters-in-law, Charlotte Murphy of Amenia, Barbara Murphy of Canaan, CT and Sandy Murphy of South Carolina. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
