He was predeceased by : his father Raymond "Ray" Edward; and his brother-in-law Glenn Gerrato. He is survived by : his mother Trudy Lynch; his children, Meghan Brown (Kevin), Steven Lynch (Daniella), Chelsea Lynch and Timothy Lynch; his grandchild Reagan Brown; his brothers, Raymond (Stephanie) and Scott (Linda); his parents-in-law, Anthony and Rosemary Gerrato; his siblings-in-law, Anthony Gerrato (Lisa) and LeeAnn (Jason Kroll); his nieces and nephews, Bryan Gerrato (Lauren), Ryan Lynch (Jackie), Jennifer Bush (Derek), Oliva Burlage (Brian), Scott Michael Lynch, Sofia Gerrato, Maddy Gerrato, Lindsay Gerrato and Elena Gerrato; and his great-niece Charlotte Bush.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Macken Mortuary (52 Clinton Ave, Rockville Centre, NY 11570). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 10:45 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Agnes Cathedral (29 Quealy Pl, Rockville Centre, NY 11570).

In lieu of flowers, donations can made to Tunnel for Towers or St. Jude's children's hospital.
