It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alena Winney (Amsterdam, New York), born in Gloversville, New York, who passed away on March 3, 2020, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Owen, Ruth Wood and John "Jack" Winney. She is survived by: her parents, Nita Prahm (Fred) and Paul Winney (Cheryl); her close friend Gregory Insogna; her daughter Ella Insogna; her siblings, Josie Prahm, Angela Smith (Micah) and Adam Winney; and her grandmother Ethel Winney. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
