She was predeceased by: her parents, Nikolai Panasiuk and Michalina Dolik Panasiuk; and her sister Maria. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Kolpakas (David), Galway, Kimberly Nikolaus, Johnstown, Christie Duma (Jeremie) and Amsterdam; her grandchildren, Brianna Prusky, Kianna Prusky, Amber Kolpakas, Eric Geiseler and Brian Nikolaus; her great grandchildren, Kayden and Rhyah Nikolaus; and her brother Frank Panasiuk (Camille). She is also survived by siblings; nieces, nephews and cousins.
