It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Sorbero (Amsterdam, New York), who passed away on February 13, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Sorbero and Rubina Theliaferro Sorbero; and his siblings, Carmen, Frank, Joe, John, Tom Sorbero, Mary Murrane, Lucia Nocian and Rose Sorbero.
He is survived by: his children, Michael A. Sorbero (Jean), Patricia McCaffrey (Robert) of Amsterdam and Susan Lee (Doug) of Broadalbin, NY; his sister Carmela Brooks of Rotterdam, NY; his grandchildren, Joseph, Matthew, Robby, Ryan, Alyssa and Sarah; and his great grandchildren, Patrick, Sam, Tony, Elizabeth, Riley, Ava and Kameron.
