Carmella R. Oropallo Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carmella R. Oropallo (Amsterdam, New York), who passed away on February 26, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Bursese and Melena Riso Bursese; her husbands, William Mahar and Francis Oropallo; and her siblings, Lawrence Bursese, Lena Alessi and Helen Rowan.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Oropallo (Debbie), Francis Oropallo, Russell Mahar (Dorene), Thomas Oropallo, Theresa Sorensen (Gary), Catherine Saj (Chet), Mary Beth Manderson (Dean), Timothy Oropallo (Rose), Patricia Smith, Stephen Oropallo, Ann Marie Alteri (Peter), Patrick Oropallo, Margaret Semon (Kurt) and Mark Oropallo (Holly); and her grandchildren, Crystal Jones, Courtney Gray, Matthew Oropallo, Amanda Bearcroft, Kyle Mahar, Corey Dufel, Carley Green, Christopher Saj, Caitlyn Pawlikowski, Lauren Manderson, Brandon Manderson, Tim Oropallo Jr., Allison Oropallo, Elizabeth Daratsos, Madeline Smith, Maura Smith, Hans Oropallo, Stephen Oropallo, Daniel Alteri, Victoria Alteri, Zachariah Alteri, Veronica Alteri, Thomas Semon, Samuel Semon, Logan Oropallo and Luke Oropallo. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
