He was predeceased by: his sister Lindsey Hicks; and his grandparents, Mary, Earl Murray and Norman Hicks. He is survived by: his parents, Brian Hicks and Debra Hicks (Murray) of Massena; his daughter Arya of Amsterdam; his wife Sasha; his sister Nicole; his brother-in-law Donald Genaway of St. Regis Falls; his parents-in-law, Todd Barber of Cadyville and Belynda Kitts of West Chazy; his siblings-in-law, Dylan Barber of Cadyville and Kaylee Barber of West Chazy; his grandmother Dora Hicks of Massena; his nieces and nephews, Seth Daily, Hanna Perkins (Ray) and Isaac Scott; and his great-niece Enslee Perkins. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Due to New York State COVID-19 restrictions, his family will honor his life privately.
