He was predeceased by: his parent William. He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Fenton (Christopher) of Amsterdam and Jaime Morin (Robert) of Broadalbin; his brother Lorin Conrad of Arizona; and his grandchildren, Avery, Shelby, Riley, Jake and Marley.

In lieu of flowers contributions in David's memory may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, 1500 Rosecrans Avenue, Suite 200, Manhattan Beach, CA, 90266.
