David Swart Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2020, at the age of 69, David Swart (Amsterdam, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arden Swart and Josephine Swart; and his brothers, Lieutenant Bernard M. "Bernie" Welch, Battalion Chief Michael J. "Deep", DePasquale, John Carusone and Ed "Gramps" Krzynowek.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Swart (Frollo); his children, David Swart, Jr. (QianQian), Rebecca Cozzocrea (Kevin) and Jennifer Swart; his granddaughter Amanda Swart; his sisters, Debi Cannizzaro and Penny Swart; his grandchildren, Connor, Griffin Cozzocrea of David Swart, III. and Alexander Swart; and his pets, Molly and Sophie.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking the local community to help support those who carried Dave with such grace in his final days: The heroes working on the front lines against this awful corona virus at St. Mary's Hospital.
