She was predeceased by: her parents, David Carter and Brenda Johnson Carter. She is survived by: her daughters, Kenadra Williams (Andre) of Amsterdam, Khamara Badji of Amsterdam and Khailia Williams of Florida. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
