Velz of Amsterdam, Elizabeth Ann Simmons of Temecula, CA, Catherine Cope (Nathan) of Scottsdale, AZ, Barbara Erkan of Monroe, CT and Mary Elizabeth Bardo (Mark) of Salem, SC; her grandchildren, Yaseman, Melina Erkan and Brice Simmons; and her stepgrandson Ryan Palmatier. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
