She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ira Allen and Jessie Allen; her spouse Robert P. Hugo; her siblings, Kenneth, Donald, Roger, Percy, Patricia Ovitt (Allen), Elaine Allen (Allen) and Raymond Allen of Glens Fall, NY.; and her daughters, Anita (Donald Chapadeau) of Bullhead City, AZ, Sharon Hugo of Rotterdam, NY and Sandra (Jonathan Bubb Sr.) of Delanson, NY.. She was also cherished by her children, grandchildren and great grands and several nieces and nephews.
