She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Marek and Helen Turowski Marek; her husband Robert J. Karabin; and her brother Leonard Marek. She is survived by: her children, Valerie Hagadorn (Kevin) and Leonard Karabin (Libby); her grandchildren, Alyssa Fagan (James), Evan Hagadorn and Sloan Karabin; her great grandchild Emery Fagan; and her siblings-in-law, Richard Karabin and Lauretta Dybas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
